Obviously the frame is not factory. What is the material? Who did the welding? Is he a certified welder? Were the welds x-rayed? What type of certification concerning the frame comes with the car?

unfortunate it does not have power steering. the coyote engine in the mustang had electric P/S and therefore there is no place to mount a belt driven P/S pump on the engine.

@Coopster – What additional documentation is needed to transfer “non-op” CA title to another state, such as Texas? ...

None that I know of. The Non Opp just means that I have not renewed the Calif. tags and can not drive the car legally on the street. Just to be totally sure, I will text my DMV lady to make sure. Thanks
