This 1994 Mercedes-Benz S350 Diesel is finished in Polar White over a gray leather interior and is powered by a 3.5 liter-turbodiesel inline-six, mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. Showing just under 49K miles, the seller has added approximately 3K miles in their 11 years of ownership. Recent servicing includes the following items: vacuum locking system, air conditioning evaporator, heater hose replacement, and transmission and torque converter fluid flush. Now offered with the original owners manual, original toolkit and jack, service records since the seller's acquisition, and a clean CARFAX report. This W140 comes with a clear Texas title in the seller's name.
The exterior of the W140 is finished in Polar White (Paint Code: 149) with gray lower cladding. The seller notes he refinished the lower cladding section during ownership, including the front and rear bumpers. A rear-mounted retractable antenna is pictured, along with park sensors that protrude from the rear of the car while reversing.
Factory 16” eight-hole wheels are mounted to mismatched Michelin and Mastercraft tires measuring 225/60 on all four corners. The seller notes flat spots on the tires due to inactive use and recommends replacement given their 12-year age.
The interior features gray leather (Code: 268) with adorning carpets, floor mats, and door inserts with Zebrano wood trim on the dash and door panels. Features include heated and power front seats, both with 3-memory presets, automatic climate control, sunroof, and a CD changer. A factory Mercedes-Benz safety kit is included, stored in the shelf below the rear window. The seller states the radio and amplifier have been rebuilt by Becker America and now features Bluetooth built into the stock head unit for streaming audio.
Behind the leather-wrapped steering wheel and SRS airbag sits the instrumentation panel, including a 140-mph speedometer, a 5K rpm tachometer along with gauges for fuel level and economy, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows just under 49k miles.
When new, the 3.5-liter OM603 turbodiesel inline-six featured 150-horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. The seller notes a recent transmission service, which included a filter change and a flush of the torque converter.
The clean August 2020 CARFAX report shows ownership in Pennsylvania, Florida and Texas with no reported accidents or damage from its in-service date of June 1994. The car comes with 2 remote keys as well as the original books and tool kit in the trunk.
