The vehicle is complete with all of its smog equipment it just passed California emissions and has a current smog certificate if any of the smog related stuff is removed I believe it will get a check engine light I will not take any California emissions off of the vehicle unless it's going to be shipped out of the country and the buyer is okay if the car has a check engine light due to the computer not recognizing the emission system
