OVERVIEW
This restored 1953 MG TD is powered by a 1.3-liter inline four-cylinder engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a convertible top with side curtains, a luggage rack, manual steering, and manual brakes. Finished in cream with a black soft top over a red vinyl interior, this rust-free MG TD is available now and comes from the selling dealer with manuals and New York registration.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The exterior is finished in cream. Features include chrome headlight stone guards, a chrome radiator shell with a red insert, fender-mounted rearview mirrors, and a chrome windshield frame with glass wind wings. Additional features include a black convertible top and side curtains with plastic windows, a chrome luggage rack, a rear-mounted fuel tank, and a spare tire.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15-inch silver steel wheels with chrome MG dog dish hub caps is wrapped in 185 R15 Jupiter tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The seat and door panels are upholstered with red vinyl. Features include black carpeting, a floor-mounted manual transmission shifter, a wood dashboard fascia with red vinyl trim, a three-spoke MG steering wheel with a tan aftermarket rim wrap, manual steering, and manual brakes.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 100-mph speedometer, a 6K-rpm tachometer with an integrated clock, and gauges for the oil pressure, coolant temperature, and amps are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 65K miles, but this vehicle's true mileage is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 1.3-liter inline four-cylinder engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a chrome air cleaner housing, a chrome valve cover, a chrome engine block side cover, and a polished intake manifold.
