This 1990 Mazda RX-7 FC is finished in Blaze Red with a black convertible top over black leather. Originally delivered to Brown Mazda in Ohio, this vehicle was a one owner car for 30 years and the last 20 of which were in Arizona. It now shows 15K miles on the odometer, of which 100 were added by the seller. Power comes from a 1.3-liter 13B rotary engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Equipment includes 15” BBS basketweave wheels, pop-up headlights and power windows, power mirrors and power door locks. This RX-7 is offered with an owner’s manual, factory literature, a clean CARFAX report and clear Arizona title in the sellers’ name. This car has always been garage kept.
This convertible is finished in Blaze Red (SQ) and features a powered black convertible top with heated rear glass and a removable targa-style center panel. The only generation RX-7 available as a convertible, both the hood and decklid are made of aluminum to offset the weight of the reinforced steel underbody. The paint is believed to be original per the seller.
The factory 15” BBS wheels are fitted to 205/60 tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes on all four corners.
The interior sports black leather sport seats matched to door panels and carpets. The center stack houses a digital clock, climate control, including air conditioning and is equipped with air conditioning and an aftermarket touchscreen stereo equipped with Bluetooth capability.
Behind the steering-wheel mounted bag, black and orange gauges include a 9k-rpm tachometer alongside a 160-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, fuel, battery voltage and engine temperature. The analog odometer shows 15,254 miles.
The 1.3L 13B naturally aspirated rotary engine produced 160 horsepower when new and is coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive. The seller notes an oil change and air conditioning recharge were performed on the car in April 2020.
The 2020 CARFAX shows no accidents or damages and lists Ohio and Arizona registrations since new. Included with the sale is the original owners manual and warranty information.
